Genesis Revitalization Group
Mission Statement:
Genesis Revitalization Group is dedicated to the development of affordable housing, moderate-market rate housing,
community revitalization, and the stabilization of underserved communities. Since 2024, Genesis Revitalization Group, a
NJ 501(c)(3) non-profit corporation, has focused on serving Atlantic City and Atlantic County as a community
development corporation. Our general activities include the rehabilitation and new construction of homes to improve
and stabilize underserved neighborhoods, enhance the quality of life in these areas, and provide opportunities for low to moderate-income homebuyers to purchase homes at affordable prices.
Our aspirations for the future:
Genesis Revitalization Group's aspirations for the future are to contribute consistently to the Total Revitalization and
Redevelopment of the City of Atlantic City's historic area known as The Northside through New Housing construction,
Existing Housing Rehabilitation, and the creation of more first-time homebuyers.
Why this work is important to us:
Genesis Revitalization Group is fully committed to the development of affordable housing, moderate-market rate
housing, community revitalization, and the stabilization of underserved communities in and around the Atlantic City
area. This work is important to us because it is located in our Transformation Target Area of Atlantic City, historically
known as The Northside, and aligns with Genesis Revitalization Group's mission. The intended impact is to redevelop and
revitalize The Northside by eliminating blighted conditions, vacant land, and abandoned properties that affect the health,
safety, and welfare of residents, lower neighboring property values, overshadow positive aspects of the community,
stimulate investment in the area, and improve the current substandard housing stock.
